Job Summary

Drive sales and profits through innovative replenishment approaches, industry knowledge and technical expertise to ensure Lowe's inventories are in line with the company's objectives.  Collaborate with Lowe's replenishment team and Char-Broil's demand planning teams to drive corporate replenishment initiatives and ensure all key replenishment metrics are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing and implementing sales strategies to support sales and profit growth.
  • Analyze, interpret, and dissect Lowe's DART data, including projected sell through and inventory positions leading to opportunity identification.
  • Execute ongoing reporting (weekly sales results, promotional trackers, inventory conditions) for both Lowe's and other Point of Sale key customers of Char-Broil.
  • Key point of contact with Lowe's replenishment team for all store and DC replenishment issues, strategies, and initiatives for Lowe's U.S. and Canada.
  • Analyze and take action on Char-Broil inventory and service level/in-stock position in Lowe's stores to maximize sales opportunities in stores.
  • Manage all internal forecasting and communications with Char-Broil demand planning teams for Lowe's U.S. and Canada.
  • Assist in development of internal annual sales plan, presentations and updates, and external annual product line reviews for U.S. and Canada accounts.
  • Develop competitive product shops before each grilling season.
  • Perform in-season store walks to keep a pulse on real-Time activity on our products. 
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.


Minimum Work Experience:    Five (5)+ years demand planning experience & account interaction with Lowe’s or other big box account.


License(s) / Certification(s):   

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•    Proficient computer skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
•    Desire and ability to learn, improve and broaden professional skills for future career opportunities.
•    Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
