Duties and Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent and regional retailers to drive sales and maximize
growth opportunities. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to nurture and grow client relationships by understanding their
needs, delivering value-driven solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You will proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling,and drive revenue growth by maintaining strong engagement with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze account performance,
address client concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering trust, maximizing
retention, and expanding business opportunities within existing accounts.

Market Expansion - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share within Ontario. You will drive market expansion
by identifying new business opportunities, researching industry trends, and developing strategies to penetrate untapped segments. Through
targeted outreach and strategic partnerships, you will enhance brand presence and accelerate revenue growth in key markets.

Retail Support & Merchandising - Provide sales support, training, and merchandising guidance to ensure strong in-store execution and brand
representation. You will support retail partners by ensuring optimal product placement, executing merchandising strategies, and maintaining
brand consistency in-store. Additionally, you will provide training to sales teams, equipping them with product knowledge and sales techniques to
drive customer engagement and increase conversions.

Data-Driven Sales Planning - Utilize market data, sales reports, and customer insights to optimize account strategies and performance. You will leverage data analytics to develop strategic sales plans, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities. By analyzing sales trends,
customer insights, and market data, you will drive informed decision-making and enhance revenue generation.

Travel & Field Engagement - Conduct regular visits to retail locations to strengthen relationships and drive sales performance. You will actively
engage in field sales by traveling to key markets, meeting clients, and strengthening relationships through in-person interactions. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products, networking with potential customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives. By fostering strong internal partnerships, you will ensure seamless execution of initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification Requirements

Undergraduate degree in relavant field

3 years experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

3+ years of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably in the outdoor grilling, home improvement, or appliance categories.
Proven track record of success in account management, sales growth, and market expansion.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a growth mindset.
Deep understanding of the independent and regional retail landscape in Ontario.
Ability to travel extensively across the region.

Normal Office Environment

Ability to travel throughout Canada and occasionally to the United States
