eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

This role includes managing and collaborating with eCommerce/Omnichannel partners, optimizing the online/in-store purchasing experience and driving Char-Broil buyer conversion within the Omnichannel landscape. The qualified candidate will have had experience working with accounts in an Omnichannel environment and is ready/willing to roll up their sleeves to drive sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Build collaborative working relationships with Omnichannel partners
•    Develop annual promotional plans and pricing strategy
•    Leverage insights to drive conversion and increase item performance
•    Identify investment opportunities to drive overall growth
•    Manage item and ad performance
•    Develop performance tracking and reporting
•    Define best practices with pricing, promotions, and other trade tactics specific 
•    Partner with Director of eCommerce to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches
•    Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:  BA/BS degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:   3+ years’ relevant work experience in digital/omnichannel sales or marketing.

•    Experience managing key customer portfolios, specifically Amazon and Walmart.

•    Ability to translate consumer feedback into insights for future company adaptation.

•    Ability to be detail oriented and ensure compliance with established guidelines
•    Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
•    Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
•    Ability to have regular and predictable attendance
