Job Summary

The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Account Manager in managing sales and maximizing profits with Amazon specific to Parts, Accessories, Tools, Attachments, and Consumables. Work Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts. Maintain and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Sales and Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, improve conversion rates, and increase profitability. Analyze performance metrics (sales, ROI, CTR, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Cross-Sell & Growth Support
    Execute cross-sell strategies by identifying complementary products and supporting bundle, variation, or merchandising opportunities. Assist in identifying product gaps and opportunities to expand assortment or improve discoverability.
  • Pricing & Promotional Support
    Support pricing updates and promotional execution in alignment with broader account strategy. Assist with the setup and maintenance of promotions such as coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal events.
  • Merchandising & PDP Optimization
    Implement merchandising best practices across product detail pages, including A+ content, brand store updates, and visual enhancements. Support ongoing PDP optimization to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Brand Store & Catalog Maintenance
    Maintain and update Amazon Brand Stores to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards. Support catalog maintenance efforts, including issue resolution, content updates, and variation setup.
  • Ticket & Issue Management
    Manage Amazon case submissions and ticket resolution related to listings, catalog issues, pricing, or operational errors. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and marketing effectiveness. Identify and communicate insights to key stakeholders. Flag risks, opportunities, and anomalies to the Sr. National Account Manager.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with operations to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Flag risks, opportunities, and anomalies to the Sr. National Account Manager.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:  

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field


Minimum Work Experience:   

Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing eCommerce sales accounts. Experience leading Amazon business is a requirement.

 

License(s) / Certification(s):

In digital marketing or eCommerce platforms are a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including SEO, PPC, product feed management, and inventory control.

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other relevant software.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, operations) to achieve common goals.

Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

Experience in retail or consumer goods industries

Knowledge of international e-commerce markets and cross-border selling.
