Job Summary

This is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on commercial success for the company.  It is a unique role with broad responsibility for commercialization of a Direct-to-Consumer launch.  The Launch Lead will drive all marketing activation from go-to-market strategy, tech stack requirements, website development, digital marketing, and customer service.  The Incubator will target an initial launch in 2024 based on a new brand with proprietary technology developed for DTC capabilities and rapidly expand with new products & revenue streams.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with GM on strategy, culture, and operating direction for Incubator
•    Support a team environment that embraces entrepreneurial thinking and action
•    Marketing thought leadership to build premium brand equity
•    Define and execute marketing tools to maximize awareness, conversion and revenue
•    Deliver marketing program that meets revenue, margin, and capital targets 
•    Develop website and ecommerce tools that align with brand architecture
•    Define and measure consumer journey with all touchpoints
•    Make high-quality marketing decisions with limited data
•    Manage third-party relationships such as brand agency and web developers
•    Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:    BA/BS degree required.

Minimum Work Experience:   

  • Five (5) + years  in eCommerce 
  • 2+ years in Retail or Marketing management
