  • Serve as the platform expert and liaison for all things Salsify—ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and accuracy.
  • Configure and manage product taxonomies, families, and templates to streamline product setup and updates.
  • Audit and cleanse product data on a recurring basis to ensure compliance with brand, retailer, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and optimize content syndication to multiple retail and DTC channels (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve syndication and feed errors, collaborating with platform support and internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain and improve syndication readiness scores and channel health metrics.
  • Troubleshoot data flow and mapping issues between Salsify and upstream/downstream systems such as Arena, SAP, Shopify, etc.
  • Partner with product, sales and marketing teams to understand evolving data and content needs.
  • Support digital merchandising initiatives by ensuring accurate and rich content across all endpoints.
  • Develop and continuously improve internal workflows for content creation, approval, and syndication.
  • Document data standards, naming conventions, and platform best practices.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to internal teams on how to use or request changes via Salsify.
  • Monitor data completeness, data quality, and performance across channels.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track the status of product content syndication and identify improvement areas.
  • Recommend and implement new Salsify features and automations to increase efficiency

Qualification Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in product content management, eCommerce operations, or PIM systems (preferably Salsify).
  • Strong understanding of product data structures, content hierarchies, and digital shelf requirements.
  • Experience managing large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with retailer-specific content standards (e.g., Amazon A+ content, Walmart listings, etc.).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with data import/export processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines independently.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with additional tools such as DAMs, ERPs, or CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, NetSuite, SAP).
