Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment. Conducts machine testing, troubleshooting and performs emergency repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure a safe and clean work place, while striving for a zero incident culture.

Duties and Responsibilities

•            Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

•            Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected.

•            Uses a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment

•            Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent. 

Minimum Work Experience: Two (2) years of journeyman-level electrical experience.  Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience, or may have Two (2) years’ experience plus an associate degree, or additional training or certification

License(s) / Certification(s): Electrician’s license in work state.

•            Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

•            Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
