eCommerce Demand Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Drive product demand and brand interest in the eCommerce sales channel through inbound marketing for the TIKI® Brand, as well as content and asset activation across all digital platforms including PPC, Search, Display, Amazon, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the TIKI® brand site experience, its development and performance including direct-to-consumer (D2C) product pages and order processing.
  • Manage the retailer/external website product page experience, including generating/syndicating ratings and reviews as well as site search improvement.
  • Manage all eCommerce and D2C promotional programs; develop program strategies and conduct detailed analysis.
  • Plan, develop, and adjust conversion-driving advertising across Google (including Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery and YouTube) Facebook/Instagram, Amazon, and similar platforms as appropriate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to include Brand/Marketing for content assets, emails and social posts to support demand generation.
  • Manage the total go-to-market program for eCommerce in partnership with Brand/Marketing.
  • Participate  in  the  planning  and  execution  of  consumer  data  programs;  use  appropriate  consumer  data  to  improve performance and conversions.
  • May serve as a primary point-of-contact for D2C orders.
  • May manage external agencies and resources to support eCommerce demand generation.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field of study.

 

Minimum Work Experience:    

  • Three (3) years of eCommerce marketing and digital advertising experience.

 

License(s) / Certification(s):      

  • None.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of web development, sales, search, content, and analytic tools including but not limited to Amazon Vendor and Seller Central portals, Content Management System (i.e., Magento), and Google Data Studio.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data and consumer behaviors.
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to understand the big picture while managing the details.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain information in a logical and easily understood manner.
  • Time management skills and the ability to effectively manage deliverables against an established timeline.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate internally and with stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing insights from consumer, sales, and eCommerce performance data and adjust programs accordingly to maximize penetration and conversion opportunities.
  • Ability to an up-to-date knowledge base of trends and best practices within the eCommerce sales channel.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and independent.
  • Ability to regularly demonstrate curiosity and driven to understand “the why”.
  • Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to be consumer focused.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
