Sr. Consumer Engagement Marketer

Job Summary

Lamplight Farms, home of the TIKI Brand, is growing and is adding a Senior Consumer Engagement Marketer to be the leader of our customer service team, be the company advocate and voice of the consumer, and provide a great experience with our brand to the consumer.

 

As a working manager you will lead by example, ensuring both you and the consumer engagement marketer team provide an exceptional consumer experience. 

 

You are the voice of the TIKI Brand to consumers by speaking with them directly through various platforms including email, social media, telephone, ratings & reviews, Q&A forums, and the web. 

 

You will be a product expert for the TIKI Brand to consumers and serve as the champion for consumer engagement, insights and experience within Lamplight. 

Other responsibilities you will have:

  • Manage call center temp and permanent personnel including, hiring, performance management, training, coaching, developing to ensure department goals are met
  • Help us grow! Create and deliver annual and 5-year consumer engagement department goals and metrics
  • Manage staffing model of permanent and temporary team members to deliver a positive consumer experience while manage cost and seasonal business needs.
  • Embody the TIKI Brand and organizational culture and move through each task or consumer interaction with ease, empathy and delight.
  • Exhibit a positive can-do attitude, thirst for knowledge and an excitement for growing the brand and business.
  • Champion a culture of "Consumer First" within the company.
    • Continually work to improve consumer experiences and discover new ways to engage consumers.
    • Develop the necessary brand, product, processes and system expertise to guide consumers through their brand journey.
    • Establish and maintain metrics and goals for measuring the consumer experience; monitor, report and ensure goals are met.

 

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field of study is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in customer service, social media management, content development or general marketing.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and proficiency applying standards to the general public.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of consumer experience to brand loyalty.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Consumer Relationship Management solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to identify creative solutions.
  • Ability to regularly demonstrate a friendly demeanor in person, via email, over the phone and through digital communication.
  • Ability to translate consumer feedback into insights for future company adaptation.

Work Hours

As an ambassador for the TIKI Brand, the Consumer Engagement Marketer is expected to be timely when responding to consumers. This role will primarily work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. However, limited weekend coverage will be needed.  We do offer a flex schedule that allows team members to work reduced hours during the week to accommodate limited weekend coverage to meet consumer needs.
