Job Summary

Perform various office administrative support duties, including handling mail, answering phones, filing, and word processing. Greets visitors. Answer and correctly route calls. Respond to internal and external inquiries and distributes accurate information. Will perform administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, receiving and sending mail and packages. May help to complete security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes. Operate office equipment and refills supplies as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors & Answers and correctly routes calls
  • Books meeting rooms and office 
  • Receives and sends mail and packages
  • Operates office equipment and refills supplies as needed
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • None.

Licensure/Certification(s):

  • None.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of and general proficiency using a Personal Computer (PC) to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to regularly demonstrate a high degree of customer service.
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.

Physical Requirements

Normal office environment.
