Job Summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is looking to hire an IBP Business Analyst, Lead. This position is a full-time position based out of Columbus, GA. Remote work will be considered in certain applicable states.

The IBP Business Analyst, Lead will support and enhance the areas of Demand and Supply Planning including Statistical Forecasting, Supply Chain management strategies, Constrained Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP enablement leveraging implementation and continued support of SAP IBP and CPI integration to achieve desired operational, financial, customer service planning objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be engaged in the hands-on integration, development, implementation and support of all processes and their support system (SAP IBP) related to Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning. 
•    Support appropriate setup and function of SAP IBP Demand and Supply Planning including Statistical Forecasting, Supply Planning constrained heuristics and as well as Supply Planning Finite Heuristic and Constrained Optimizer, Inventory Optimization, S&OP and Control Tower functionality.
•    Support CPI-DS integration configuration, filtering and process chain creation, maintenance and troubleshooting any issues.
•    Support appropriate setup and function of ERP systems (SAP & legacy), Business Intelligence Tools to support IBP integration and planning requirements.
•    Monitor and maintain system processing taking appropriate actions to prevent Business User disruptions
•    Monitor and triage IBP AMS defects and issues tickets and process for resolution leveraging the HEAT Issue Tracking system
•    Develop strong working relationships with Business Team planning execution and support resources
•    Creating and maintaining documentation including, but not limited to: Process development and continuous process improvement, functional and technical documentation and specifications, training support, etc.
•    Assist in end user training
•    Other duties as deemed necessary

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study. Advanced degree preferred

Minimum Work Experience:    

  • Five (5) years of in-depth hands-on experience working with SAP Supply Chain to include SAP IBP
  • Strong experience with IBP in S/4HANA highly preferred
  • Experience SAP ECC: MM, PP, WM, EWM as well as APO and other SAP SCM tools are preferred.

License(s) / Certification(s): 

SAP IBP training preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Primary SAP skill: IBP Suite of modules including Demand and IBP Supply as well as Control Tower, Inventory and S&OP.
  • Additional SAP skills: CPI-DS, S/4 HANA and ECC
  • Experience in IBP Demand and IBP Supply is a must. 
  • Hands on configuration experience in IBP: Planning area setup, Key Figures configurations, Master data and Planning level, Planning Operators & Application Jobs, Charts, dashboards & custom alerts, Excel Add-in User Interface and formatting options, Statistical Forecasting and Supply Finite Heuristics and Optimizer. 
  • Experience in the Integration of ECC and S/4 HANA Master Data, Transactional data with IBP thru CPI-DS is a must
  • Experience in CPI-DS and able to configure tasks, trouble shoot issues for failures is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA 2002 highly preferred)
  • Successful implementation experience in SAP IBP highly preferred
  • Good Supply Chain business acumen and the ability to effectively articulate.
  • Should have experience in business process and gap analysis, business process reengineering, process integration and mapping, designing, preparation of functional specification document, prototyping, configuration, testing solutions, user training, and cutover & change management activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to include the ability to effectively communicate in English including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively develop and foster strong business relationships with persons of various levels and backgrounds within the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be innovative with solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to breakdown and understand complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and lead others to meet objectives regardless of reporting structure.
