Job Summary

Provides insights to business leaders through analyses involving multiple data sources, including data gathering, consolidation, actionable recommendations and reporting that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of our quality and Voice of the Customer/Consumer experience strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in data analysis and reporting including:
    • Processing data requests using in-house analytic tools
    • Creating reports using MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint
    • Processing standard reports
    • Creating charts in MS Excel
  • Produce reports and dashboards
  • Administer data management for the VOC program
  • Integrate VOC, operational and other data sources to provide a holistic view of CB product and brand quality
  • Work with other functional departments to integrate VOC data into existing data warehouses, CRM and reports
  • Proactively work with cross functional teams to establish and facilitate reporting processes
  • Support the development and execution of analysis plans to yield relevant and insightful data analysis
  • Summarize findings from analytical efforts and prepare reports containing actionable recommendations and key takeaways
  • Propose and implement new data collection technologies, tools and analysis methodologies to uncover additional consumer insights that current approaches lack, including incorporating feedback from CB associates to assist in driving the strategic initiatives (ex:  Clarabridge, RightNow,, etc.)
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field of study.

Minimum Work Experience: One (1) year of focuses data analytics experience.

License(s) / Certification(s): None

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Education or work experience in Statistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite:  Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated capability to manage and prioritize deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Interest in internet research, web analytics, market research, or customer satisfaction research
  • Familiarity working with CRM systems and large data warehouses
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
  • Voice of Customer/Consumer insights is preferred
  • SQL or DB query experience is a plus
