Job Summary
This role is a critical leadership position with a significant impact on commercial success for the company. The leader is the point person for all Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) activity including online sales, own branded websites, inbound consumer contacts and outbound consumer contact. This leader will drive the strategy, tactics, execution, and measurement to achieve annual service targets and grow revenue with all D2C content and spending.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Set strategy and tactics for D2C activities
• Develop a high-performing team with dedicated cross-functional partners
• Create a team environment that supports innovation and risk-taking to maximize market share
• Lead development and commercialization of websites and overall tech stack related to consumer-centric outreach
• Drive high-quality consumer experiences inbound inquiries and outbound contact
• Partner with Business Units and Brand Marketing to identify market entry and support plans for new & existing products
• Partner with Sales to effectively manage across channels and customers
• Thought leadership for digital marketing and consumer care
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience: Seven (7+) years relevant work experience in fields such as product marketing, marketing or product management.

• Deep understanding of digital tools, measurement, and trends
• Excellent communication skills: synthesizing complex problems and convincing people of your point of view
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional commercial teams

• High energy to drive results and manage change
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
